Guests often praise how easy it is to get around from here. Ninh Kiều Wharf (Bến Ninh Kiều), the city center, the walking street, and plenty of restaurants are close by. The hotel is usually described as clean, with helpful, enthusiastic staff who can arrange tours or transport. People also mention a varied buffet breakfast and good value for the location. Travel site scores tend to land around 8.0 to 9.0 out of 10, from Very Good to Excellent.

That rooftop coffee spot is a real treat after 6 pm, with views all the way around. The river is only a few seconds away on foot, and the facilities are very good. Fantastic hotel, and the staff are great.

The price is very reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s handy for everything, with roomy rooms and bathrooms. The furnishings feel a bit dated and randomly put together. Music from a nearby bar can pound from 7 pm until midnight, so light sleepers will notice it. That’s why I gave it four stars.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were lovely. Our triple room was spacious, but sleep was impossible with the CRAFT BEER GARDEN just around the corner. The music sounded like a nightclub and kept going through the night. If you’re here to party, it may suit you; if you want quiet, avoid it. I wish they’d provided earplugs. The room itself was okay, though the air conditioning seemed not to work, just a cold fan, and the shower drain was slow.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was pretty good, but I think you can find better for the price in Can Tho. The hotel has aged: the rooms are old, the window seals didn’t shut properly and let in lots of street noise, and the beds are hard. The showers were the worst I’ve had at any hotel in Vietnam.
