Ngon was wonderful with onward transport and communication. Our tour dropped us a long way away, but she quickly arranged a taxi and met us by the road. Seeing how flushed I was, she offered us a room an hour before check-in, which was such a relief. It was spotlessly clean and air-conditioned. After a shower and some rest, we went to Food street. Her map pointed out places of interest and led us to a delicious vegetarian restaurant. The service was the best.

We stayed as a family in one of the well-sized family rooms, with two double beds and a private bathroom. The AC was cold and the room had what we needed, though the shower water wasn’t hot. There are also dorm rooms with bunk beds and a separate bathroom. The hotel sits in a small alley right in the heart of Can Tho. Staff were nice and helpful. There’s no elevator, so expect to climb two or three floors. Free roadside parking is nearby, at your own risk.

The floating market tour I booked through the hotel was a highlight. Our friendly guide spoke good English and shared lots of interesting details about Mekong Delta river culture. We watched the sunrise on the river and had breakfast on the boat, both unforgettable. Along with the famous Cairang floating market, we stopped at smaller places, including a traditional rice noodle workshop, which helped me understand local life better. The room was perfect and the staff were very nice.

The front desk staff really stood out. They were so kind and helped us arrange the next part of our trip, gave us clear step-by-step directions, and even typed them in Vietnamese for our driver. The place was clean, the water pressure was excellent, and both the location and price were good. I was very impressed with the accommodations. Thanks so much!
