Nhat Nguyen Hotel

A good hotel for business trips.

I want to complain about the tomboyish night shift receptionist at Nhat Nguyen 1 Hotel. When a guest raised a room problem, she joked and teased instead of giving proper help. Guests pay for rooms, not to be insulted. After I complained to the owner, she acted superior and asked, "Why didn't you just tell the owner directly?" But she stayed quiet while I was still at the hotel. Only after the person who complained had left did she call others to relay messages and show off, as if she wanted to act like someone's mother. She presents herself as straightforward, yet doesn't dare speak to me directly and has to go through someone else. She has a mouth, but won't say it to me herself?

Check-in at 5 PM for an overnight stay costs 360k VND, and even checking in early before 1 AM comes with an extra charge. The hotel has strict rules. The receptionists, whether male or female, act like they don't need guests. Not a friendly impression at all.

The rooms are quiet, clean, nice, and smell fresh. There's an elevator, too, and the staff are friendly. You should come see for yourself.
