We slept really well, thanks in part to the excellent soundproofing. Our room was on the 2nd floor, which we thought might be noisy, but it wasn’t. In the morning we heard gentle music and saw a group of pensioners doing t’ai chi across the road. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom and walk-in shower. The bed was large and firm but comfortable, and the semi-firm pillows were lovely. We were lazy and ate breakfast at the hotel. The menu wasn’t extensive, but there was plenty: baguettes, bacon, sausage, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, plus freshly squeezed juice, tea, or coffee. The check-in was smooth, and we got good suggestions for nearby places to eat after arriving 60 minutes late. A thank you to the helpful young man at reception, whose name I didn’t get, and especially to Vy from the restaurant. She made our breakfast and arranged our transfer to the FUTA Bus Station. Her English is excellent, and since we’re both Queen fans, we could have chatted for hours about TV and western music. It’s a great hotel for the speedboat between Cambodia and Vietnam, about a 10 minute walk from the Victoria Hotel dock where our boat from Phnom Penh arrived.

The front desk staff at the Paris hotel were so welcoming and helped throughout our stay with activity suggestions and motorbike hire. Our room was very clean and spacious, and it made a perfect stop before catching the ferry to Cambodia. We accidentally left a few things in the room, and the staff went out of their way to send them to us and make sure they arrived safely. We had an amazing experience. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

I’ve stayed here twice with my family, and we loved the hotel. It’s in a great spot, with local coffee shops, an upscale coffee area, food stalls, and a supermarket all just a few meters away. You can rent a bike from the hotel for $6 to $7 per day to explore. The bedroom was cosy with amazing daylight, the bed was very comfortable, and the floor was very clean and smelled amazing. Great amenities too. I’m definitely coming back next year.

This was our first hotel during our Vietnam trip, and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, and when we asked about directions and tours around town, they suggested their own driver. After doing some research ourselves, we found the price was lower than the options online. They also gave us other ways to explore on our own, without trying to push their services. We appreciated how genuinely helpful they were and would definitely consider staying here again.
