This is only a review of the cafe on the ground floor. The coffee is incredibly delicious, I swear 🤪. If you’re nearby, give it a try. The room is spacious and airy, with a front view over the park that gets a nice cool breeze. The owner is a bit older and can be grumpy and cold, but that coffee is the main thing. ⭐ Coffee: 9.5/10

The balcony looks out onto a pleasant green park, and the rooms are clean. The hotel is in the heart of Con Dao, close to Con Dao Market and plenty of tasty seafood restaurants. You can walk to the beach, Vo Thi Sau's tomb, and the prison historical sites. I just got back from a trip and paid the Covid price, 400k VND per person in its second year.

The old room was dirty and didn’t have a fan.
