Bửu Bối Hostel 2

We were mainly looking for somewhere to spend a few hours before our 11pm night bus, and they let us pay for a half day, from 5pm to 11pm. The hostel felt pretty quiet, so I wouldn't call it a social hotspot for backpackers, though that suited us fine for the short stay. The room had a pretty gazebo style around the bed, and the basic bathroom was okay, relatively clean, with a hot shower. Staff were polite and let us order outside food to eat in the room, but there wasn't much conversation, so I can't say a lot about the service. The location is handy for the bus station, literally across the road, under a minute away. I think we paid around 350,000-400,000 Dong for roughly five hours, which isn't the cheapest nearby. We were also surprised there was no air conditioning, so that's why I gave four stars.

It was affordable, clean, and comfortable, with nice, helpful hosts and a free breakfast of toast, cup noodles, and coffee. From an upper floor you can sit on a balcony and get a partial view of the city. It's about seven minutes from the center. There was also a cute dog called ‘Cat’.

We spent the evening by the fireplace, and the terrace and rooms had stunning views. The rooms were cozy, the host was friendly, and the coffee was great. Motorcycle rentals were fairly priced, and the bus station wasn't far away. A perfect retreat! 🔥

The villa has a distinctive style and is clean and quiet, and the staff were absolutely great, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was simple but tasty. WiFi could be a little slow, and the solar-heated water wasn't always hot on every floor. Still, definitely worth the price!
