The housekeeper was so nice and helpful, and the weekend room price was great. My room at Ciello was lovely and pretty clean, though the curtains had a few stains. There’s no elevator, so hauling luggage was tiring. Everything else was great.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, so finding food isn’t a problem. The housekeeper is friendly, sweet, enthusiastic, and always looks after guests. I liked having a key for the home’s gate, since I could come and go whenever I wanted. The room was clean, cheap, and handy for getting into the center. Thanks for making my Da Lat trip more wonderful 💕

We first booked one night, then added two more. The home is nicely decorated, and each room has a balcony where you can relax and read. Our room had a double bed, a large bathtub, and two bathrooms. It was beautiful and very clean, with enough room for four, though I can see why some people might find it small. For me, it was fine for sleeping kkkkk. I saw quite a few negative Google reviews, but clean, pretty, and comfortable were what mattered to me. It was cheap, too.

The only small hassle was the lack of air conditioning, so the room felt a bit stuffy on hot afternoons. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and suited Da Lat’s surroundings. Netflix was available, and the housekeeper and staff were attentive and enthusiastic.
