I liked the cave-like feel of the room, and there wasn’t much else to complain about. The only thing is the price felt a little high.

I wouldn’t stay here again. We arrived to find that what the hotel had arranged was different from our booking, with no warning beforehand. The bathroom in our balcony room had a bad smell, especially from the toilet after flushing hard. The space itself was okay. Room service was also a problem during our three-night stay. They said they couldn’t clean on the second night because they were taking a break. On the third, they cleaned but left the rubbish, gave our two-person room just one bottle of water, and took a pillow from the four-person room. The owner’s excuses felt insincere. There was also a security concern: on the third night, a motorbike leaked gasoline on the basement floor and the receptionist didn’t notice.

For all three nights, I ended up heating water in an electric kettle just to shower. I got back from being out at 10 PM and there was no hot water. The hotel told me they shut it off at 8 PM and don’t turn it on again until morning.
