Dalat Friendly Fun Hostel

Trang was so kind and sweet, and she made me feel at home. She really cared about how I was enjoying Dalat and replied quickly. She also helped arrange a great waterfalls tour for me and a sleeper bus for my friends. Just keep in mind the rooms are private, so it isn't really a hostel for meeting other travelers if you're on your own. If you want to unwind and have some space, Friendly Fun could suit you well.

Steph and I feel lucky we got to meet Trang and stay at Friendly Fun. She welcomed us so warmly, and she was one of the kindest people we met on our trip. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and she was caring, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She helped us plan some great excursions and clearly cared about our stay and wellbeing. If you get the chance, stay here. We had an incredible time in Dalat thanks to her.

The family dinner at 7 each evening was an inexpensive $3 per person and a lovely way to meet other travelers. They worked hard to make it a good meal every night, and tea and coffee were included too. The facilities were modern, the owners and staff were always smiling, and the owners, Lan and her husband, were wonderful hosts with a rare kind of hospitality toward foreigners. One of the best hostels I've stayed in. I'd give the owners and staff 10 stars.

We booked a single night, then stayed four more. The woman running the place was so kind and helped with everything. It was spacious, with comfortable beds, a good location, and a lively social atmosphere. The family dinners were incredibly tasty and cost just $3. I'd definitely stay here in Dalat.
