For a short visit, we had a really good stay. The receptionist was friendly and always smiling, and although he didn't speak English, we managed to explain what we needed. The bedroom was clean and spacious, and the bathroom had hot water. They even cleaned under the beds, which you don't often see. There wasn't a proper window, the building felt a bit minimal, and the room door didn't block sound. Still, it was a good, welcoming hotel.

The reception seemed to be staffed by just one woman, but she spoke decent English and was helpful. Our room had two double beds for about the same price as a standard double, and it was clean with no issues. There's no AC, though we didn't need it in November. There was a distinct smell, but it didn't bother us much and we stopped noticing it after a few minutes.

We only lasted one night before moving. The room looked nice at first, but we found bedbugs that night. There was also some street noise, and no AC. A bad stay.

Bed bugs all over, and the staff didn't seem to care. The hotel's motorbike rental was worse: no petrol, flat tires, and brakes that didn't work. If something goes wrong, they won't give your money back.

The bike hire was awful. Both tires on the first bike went flat, and the tanks were empty when we picked up the bikes. The bikes are old and in poor repair, with something always broken, whether it's the lights, horn, or brakes.
