The location was very good, and the hotel was clean with a nice design. Staff were friendly and helpful. We needed our laundry in the morning for a day trip, though it was meant to be ready at noon the next day. The front desk guy sped things up and brought it to our room the previous evening, neatly folded.

Price, location, and cleanliness all worked out well here. It’s a newly built small place set back from the street, so it stays quiet and clean. There’s a great rooftop view, and having breakfast up there in the morning is a good idea. English communication with most of the staff wasn’t easy, though a woman with glasses spoke fluently.

After riding for 5.5 hours from Muine, we arrived exhausted, only to be told by the administrator that there was no room for us because they’d forgotten to cancel the booking. I had booked through Booking and received confirmation by email. When I asked them to find us somewhere for the night given the situation, they didn’t respond. We then spent another two hours looking for another place. Maybe the rooms are nice and it may be clean, but we never got to see them.

The room was clean and nice, the shower was big, and the area was quiet. I only took off a star because there was no secure parking or coffee-making setup in the room. Otherwise, it was excellent.

I got a cheap price by booking through Booking.com, and the hostel turned out better than expected. The staff were really nice, and the view was amazing.
