Slept well, the facilities were good, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. 💛Malaysia, June 2026

We liked the room, but the service was only mediocre. The remote was broken and no one repaired it. The cafeteria lady wasn't very nice, and there wasn't much breakfast.

The room's black look was totally my style. It's right in the city center, and was clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

The hotel messaged me several times about my reservation. First they asked me to confirm it, which I did. Then they wanted a 50% deposit and threatened to cancel if I didn't pay, even though Booking.com said no prepayment was needed when I booked. I explained that this wasn't part of what I agreed to through Booking.com, but they kept insisting it was the hotel's policy. I don't consider that an honest or transparent way to do business, so I'm cancelling my stay and don't want to deal with that kind of behavior.

The room felt much tighter than the pictures suggested, and the toilet seat wasn't even fastened down. Those carefully staged Instagram shots don't show how run-down the place is. I'd look for an Airbnb instead, since you can get better quality for less. Avoid this dump.
