Green Eco Hotel Dalat

I really appreciated how considerate and helpful the receptionists were, across the morning, night, and overnight shifts. Staying at Green Eco Dalat Hotel was a very good experience, and I’d strongly recommend it as a place to stay. I’ve attached a view from the hotel.

The staff were nice, and my first impression was how clean the hotel was. I only stayed one night, and both check-in and checkout were very quick.

You’re free to come and go at night because neither the main entrance nor the bike parking area is closed, so there’s no need to wake anyone or knock. The downstairs parking has lots of space for bikes, unlike many hotels. The hotel is quiet and has a beautiful view, though it isn’t in the city center, so you’ll need a taxi or bike. It takes about 10 minutes to ride into the center. The hotel is new and clean, and the staff are very professional. The rooms I tried all had baths, and some also had saunas.

We couldn’t sleep because it was noisy in the afternoon. When we asked to change rooms, the staff said they were full and refused. Then sunlight came in at 5 a.m. and woke us again. After going back and forth several times, both over Messenger and in person, they finally called a manager and moved us to another room. So they’d said there were no rooms when there actually were. Breakfast was awful: just soup or eggs you cook yourself, with dry pancakes, packet coffee, and orange juice. No fresh juice or proper coffee. A disgrace to Vietnam.
