HANZ Binh Duong Hotel Da Lat

My wife surprised me with this stay for our wedding anniversary, and it was a perfect choice. The room was incredibly spacious, and getting to good food and the area’s top sights was easy from the hotel. Cookies were brought to our room every evening as a good-night treat. Such a small, thoughtful gesture made us feel warmly cared for. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

The room was clean and had the basic amenities. Insulation wasn’t great, so cold air came in, though the AC heated well. The gym is very basic and sits right by the pool. The location is reasonably quiet and not far from attractions. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, mostly local food, but the taste was very average. Facilities and service were good overall. I’d put this place closer to 3-4 stars.

The view from my room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient. The staff were so kind throughout my stay. When I lost my wallet, the whole team, including the manager, came to help quickly and sorted out the problem efficiently. I really appreciated their kindness. I’d rate the hotel above 5 if I could, and highly recommend it for a luxurious stay.

The spa was fantastic, with attentive staff and a 20% promotional discount, and I found the heated pool relaxing. The room, though, was small and noisy. It lacked some basics I’d expect from a five-star hotel, like conditioner, an iron, and an ironing board, and the blinds didn’t block light as well as I’d hoped. I was also disappointed by the gym. There were no water fountains or workout towels, and guests were told to use pool towels. We had both good and difficult parts to our first stay at MerPerle Dalat Hotel. I hope they improve the amenities.
