My room was clean, though pretty plain, with no hotel phone and only minimal toiletries. The bed is very firm, and there’s quite a bit of street noise. The helpful staff were a plus. Payment is only in Dong or by credit card, with a 3% fee.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. It was OK value for money, though the place is about a 20-minute walk from the central tourist area. The room and bed linens weren’t very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell. It also wasn’t quiet in the morning if you wanted to sleep in a little.

The service is good, and the accommodation is actually quite nice, though the room feels a bit small. For this kind of place and service, the price seems a little high. A makeup table would be a useful improvement. I’d give it four stars at most.

We booked a mountain view and ended up with a city view. When we raised it with the staff, they did nothing to sort it out. The room was dirty and had far too many cockroaches, and the hotel is a long way from downtown. The staff were useless. Don’t stay here.
