The room was clean, and the location was handy for getting into town. My favorite part was the pho restaurant down the driveway, and the night market was close too. But the staff weren’t friendly. Not speaking English doesn’t stop someone from smiling or making an effort to be nice. For the same money, we could have stayed in a private room at a hostel. There was no common area and nothing bright or lively about the place. Maybe it works for men who just need a room for a few hours before heading out again.

We stayed one night while doing the Easy Rider tour, and the room was the usual basic sort you find in Vietnam. It’s a cheap place, and the staff were polite when we talked to them. We ate at local restaurants instead of the hotel, and those were great. I’d stay here again.

The owners were extremely friendly, and our room was spacious and clean. It’s close to the city centre and very good value for money.

My first experience was quite okay. The hotel itself was okay too, and the owner was cheerful.

I’d stay here again if I came back to the city. It’s a very nice hotel.
