The room was clean and comfortable, and I was quite satisfied with the reasonable price of around 20,000 won. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and the night market, yet one block off the main street, so it wasn't too crowded. Grab bikes arrived quickly. My room faced the road and got plenty of sunlight; it was fairly spacious too. There was some road noise in the daytime, but that seemed normal for a hotel and didn't bother me while sleeping. As of December, opening the window kept the room cool during the day, so I didn't need AC. The bathroom had good hot water, and the amenities included shampoo, soap, and a disposable toothbrush, which I prefer. The male staff member was friendly, though his English wasn't very good, so a translator helped. When my bus didn't arrive at checkout, he called the driver to ask when it would get there. The female staff member was friendly too and spoke some English.

For 300,000 VND, this is a nice hotel right in the city center. There's plenty of parking, so you don't have to pay to park elsewhere like at other hotels.

The hotel has been newly renovated and looks very nice. The owner is pleasant, and the staff are lovely and enthusiastic. It's near the night market, handy for getting around on foot.

The hotel was filthy and the prices were terrible. I'm sharing this so others can avoid wasting their money and having a bad experience.
