The room was nice, but the bathroom smelled awful, like sewage, and the drainage was poor. The hotel service was terrible. The hallway lights were out, leaving it pitch black. We told the owner, but she didn't fix them. Maybe she figured we were only there for two nights and wouldn't leave. We left our helmets on the motorbike in the basement once, and they went missing. It was our carelessness not to put them in the trunk. When two women in our group asked the owner to check the security camera footage to see who took them, she reacted badly and said we should look after our own things and the hotel wasn't responsible. We hadn't even asked for compensation, just asked her to check the footage. Only after a tall, muscular guy in our group messaged her did she finally resolve the issue. Never coming back.

They mishandled the booking. Even though we'd been in touch early after reserving a room, they said there'd be an extra charge. When we arrived, they were cold and said the place was far away and the rooms were full. They also claimed we hadn't used the booking from a month earlier, even though we'd contacted them and finalized it. Calling the number on the booking got us a rude response and a hang-up. Avoid this place unless you want to get angry. One star is too generous.

The receptionist, Hai, was super cute and helpful. She advised me on Facebook before our arrival, and was enthusiastic, smiling, and friendly at check-in and check-out. My husband and I got there around 3:30 AM. Since I'd contacted her ahead of time, she happily opened the door and arranged a room where we could rest. We picked Lam Anh 3 for our three-day, two-night honeymoon in Da Lat, and had a great experience. It's a new hotel with lovely interiors and all the equipment we needed, including a refrigerator, dressing table, and wardrobe. I especially liked the luxurious bathroom and the hot and cold shower with five modes. So awesome. The market is about 700 meters away, an easy walk. The hotel rents motorbikes, 100k/day for manual bikes and 120k/day for scooters. Next door there's a Banh trang nuong shop that's delicious, crispy, and cheap, as well as a coffee shop and a pharmacy. This place is quite okay. You guys should come experience it like I did.

I'm quite satisfied. The service was good, and the staff were enthusiastic and attentive.
