The space was clean and comfortable, great for spending time with a group of friends. We had a blast playing the board games they provide, and the owner was lovely, enthusiastic, and helpful. I especially liked that hot water was always available, even late at night, which made for a refreshing shower after a long day partying. This homestay gets a 10/10 from me, nothing to complain about. Here's a photo from 4 AM after a wild drinking session with my friends and the homestay owner 😆. See you next year, owner! 💪🍺

We had a great family stay, and Phu was especially helpful. The housekeeper handled everything from motorbikes to meals for our young children, while the owner pointed us toward local restaurants that were tasty and affordable. The house itself was roomy, bright, clean, and well equipped. It’s central but still quiet and safe at night, with private parking. There were also full BBQ and music services, including a guitar. Thanks again to Phu and Late December Home. We’ll be back soon. HCM M9 Tet 2026

That artistic slope outside the homestay made a fun spot for photos, and inside we had everything we needed, including a heater and two huge TV screens. The owner was so enthusiastic and attentive that I’d give him 1000 out of 10, even though the homestay itself gets 9 out of 10. Our group would definitely book it again if we come back to Da Lat.
