The bathroom made for a terrible experience :(

The room was clean, had the necessary amenities, and was pretty good for the price. I liked having a balcony and being close to the city center. The young staff were cute and enthusiastic. A few things bothered me. The parking area is cramped, and whenever I returned I had to move a bunch of cars to get mine in. An older man used a hose to water plants and spray the road, but he also soaked guests and their cars without care. My freshly washed car was parked outside and got dirty, and guests standing there had their feet sprayed too. The tissue dispenser in the toilet was awkwardly placed, pressing against my feet so I had to sit diagonally. It would be better removed. The room also wasn’t soundproof, which was annoying when other guests behaved inconsiderately.

The reception staff were lovely and enthusiastic. At first I couldn’t get hot water, but a receptionist helped switch it on and even gave me an extra power outlet. I was on the 4th floor, which had a nice view, though it got a little hot up there on the top floor. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center, and 300k VND seems like a fair price. I’d stay again next time.

At 300k, the price is reasonable and the service was okay. But the weather is cold, and there was no hot water for a shower, only hot water at the sink. It would be much more convenient for guests if they could improve the hot water.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and reasonably priced. I’d recommend it and will stay here again next time I’m in Da Lat.
