Lung Chung House

The rooms are beautiful and quiet, and the place itself is lovely. We stayed in four different rooms, so we got to compare them. There was mold in the closets and drawers, though, and we didn't open anything. The refrigerators smelled inside, and hot water wasn't always available. It's peaceful and calm, but far from everything. It's not within walking distance, getting a Grab from there isn't always easy, and scooter rentals aren't always available because staff aren't always around. The staff are nice but communication is poor, and they do what they want. We ordered from the restaurant one day, though it actually means ordering from a faraway restaurant for delivery. Staff apologized and said it would take over an hour, so we canceled. The following night, they delivered that canceled order as if nothing had happened, and charged extra delivery fees that weren't on the menu. We paid 500,000 for a veggie meal of raw vegetables that we had to cook ourselves. It was a shame and a rip off. Buying the vegetables ourselves would have been so cheap, especially since we had to do everything ourselves. Consider the distance, transport, mold, and how the restaurant operates.
