Maika Condotel DaLat

The apartment was brand new, beautiful, clean, comfy, and spacious, with plenty of cooking facilities. We were glad we picked Maika Condotel for our holiday in Dalat. The view was breathtaking, and the manager was friendly, helpful, and reachable whenever we needed help. A few things weren’t always stocked in the room, but staff sorted them out when we asked. Construction was still going on, which could get noisy at times, though it was usually okay. We hope to return once it’s finished.

Maika Condotel cancelled our original apartment without warning or explanation, so we had to book a more expensive one. We expected the balcony and view shown in the description, but got a moldy room with no windows instead. The decor was mismatched and didn’t follow a theme, and getting to the second bathroom meant leaving the room and going through an open alleyway, which felt uncomfortable. We were extremely disappointed. At least the staff were polite and acceptable. If you want a room with a view, I’d suggest booking on the 4th floor or higher.

We chose Maika Condotel for our first Lunar New Year in Dalat, and the team supported us from making the reservation right through check-in. The location is very good, right in new Dalat Center, and there’s a safety guard on duty 24/7. We felt relaxed and comfortable there. For our next trip to Dalat, Maika Condotel will be our first choice. Maybe we’ll pick a lake view instead of a city view then ;) I’d highly recommend it for families or groups.

They changed the room I’d reserved without my approval, then called to notify me after they’d assigned it to other guests. The receptionist spoke to customers in a contemptuous and disrespectful way.
