The beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the location is great, though it can be noisy. For the price, it’s decent. Better lighting and air conditioning would make a difference. What really let the stay down was the service. I’ve travelled around Vietnam for years, and this was among the worst staff attitudes I’ve come across. The receptionist felt cold and unwelcoming, and seemed irritated when disturbed from sleeping. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, and I’m sure many would provide better service.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were pleasant and enthusiastic during our three-day family trip to Dalat. I’m giving four stars to encourage the team. Thanks, and good luck 😇❤️🌻 There’s room to make the way things run more convenient for guests, better for the environment, and less costly. It would help to let guests opt out of fresh bedsheets during their stay. The English in the hotel documents also needs revision, as there are quite a few wording errors.

The rooms are quite roomy, and there’s a piano that’s relaxing if you play. The lift is small. It’s in a very convenient spot by Dalat market, with lots of ATMs nearby.

There’s plenty to eat nearby, with cafes and eateries all along the hotel stretch, and the night market is right across the street with lots of food and other goods. The room has space to spare even with two queen beds and a large wardrobe. I didn’t need air conditioning, since Dalat gets cold at night.
