The room was clean, new, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a fridge and hairdryer. While we were out walking, it was tidied, the bed made, and the towels changed. I haven’t had this kind of hotel-like service in Vietnam at this price. The hostess was warm and caring, and brought us tea and fruit when we checked in, a lovely touch. We’ll recommend the place to friends and stay again ourselves. 😎👍

The hostess was wonderful, and the location deserves five stars. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, even a refrigerator, and it was cleaned every day. Excellent service for the price. I highly recommend it!

We spent three nights here as a couple, and the staff made the visit to Dalat such a pleasant experience. Everyone was warm and friendly from the start, and they were always willing to help. They even invited us to lunch in the lobby, and we loved spending time with them. The room was bright, the bed really comfortable, and the AC worked very well, even though it’s not really needed in Dalat. Highly recommended.

The owner was so helpful, even lending us an umbrella when rain caught us while we were getting coffee nearby. The room was clean and attractive, and great for selfies. We also loved the strawberry jam they sell there. Parking felt extremely safe for our 7-seater car. A lovely owner and an excellent hotel.
