The room was spacious and very pretty, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. They stored our luggage so we didn't have to carry it around, and the laundry went smoothly at a very reasonable cost. The bathroom was clean, though the sink could have been cleaned better. The water was warm but not hot. There was no air conditioning or heating in the room, and we're used to a minimum temperature of 20-21°C, so it felt quite cold.

For a small, noisy room with views of facades all around and an entry door that kept getting blocked, this was expensive. It cost twice as much as a bigger room with a kitchen in a quiet nearby hotel. They also charged an extra 3% for paying by bank card, which took some nerve.

Everything was perfect for me, though the room could use a bigger trash bin and larger drinking glasses. The TV was a bit laggy, but I don't really use it, so that was okay.

The location let us get to the lake, but staying at the hotel itself wasn't a good experience. The bathroom smelled musty the whole time, and the room felt stuffy with no fresh air. The windows were hard to open. Outside was crowded with bikes, and the room view wasn't very good.

The location was good and the service was attentive. Staff were very good, but the rooms were small and cold, with no air conditioning. Cleanliness could have been better, though overall everything was good.
