The woman at reception was really kind and helpful, but it was impossible to get in touch with the hotel before we arrived, even after trying three different options. We stayed two nights, and because things were too busy, the room wasn't cleaned or refilled. We booked a double room with a balcony and garden view, no AC but with a fan. It was way too hot at night, even with only a blanket, and there was no fan. With the windows open, there was no way to keep the mosquitoes out. Breakfast was included, but it was only Pho, meat noodle soup. The shared terrace on the "4th" floor had no lounge chairs, sunroof, or parasols. We were given a room on the "3rd" floor, though from the street it was actually the 1st floor. There's a school across from the hotel that plays extremely loud music at 6h45 am to welcome the children, for about 30 minutes. Choose another hotel!

The motorbike rental made it really easy to get around Dalat, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after. I spent 2 days and 1 night here and had a great stay. Miss Ngân and Miss Trân were especially attentive and friendly, which made the welcome feel even warmer. I'd recommend it if you're after a nice place in the city.

We left without checking in because the staff were rude right from the start. There are good hotels nearby, so I'd go elsewhere for better-trained staff.

It was easy to explore the city with the hotel's motorcycles, which were available to rent at a great price. This was my second visit, and I enjoyed the surroundings and facilities again. Miss Ngân and Miss Trân were also so friendly and helpful during my stay. Their warm welcome made it even more memorable. Very recommended..!!

The hotel is close to the city center, yet far enough away from the noise, and I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to the Da Lat. I'd stayed at Nature Hotel at another location before, but this one was my favorite. The rooms were clean, smelled really good, and had no mold. There are some awesome pieces of art around the facility, too. Ngan and Tran were especially helpful and attentive to all our needs from the moment we arrived.
