Nature Hotel - Le Hong Phong

The staff were extremely sweet and friendly, and pointed us toward some great restaurants and interesting places to visit. At check-in, our family received fruit and flowers as a welcome gift. The hotel also had a light, pleasant scent when we walked in. The room was reasonably priced, though nothing extraordinary, and the bathroom felt small and a bit inconvenient. Soundproofing was a major downside, but we were out exploring most of the time, so it didn't bother us much.

The hotel was nice and affordable, and the location was good. Breakfast, though, was very simple and limited, and the reception team seemed timid. We left our luggage during the day, but when my husband went to get it, he was left to collect it himself. It didn't feel secure, since he could have taken anyone else's bags. We were also offered a late check on arrival, but when we asked for it later, they refused.

The Crazy house is just across the street, and there's a Cozy coffee bar right next door. Our room was very clean, and the staff were really helpful, especially Mr. Phuc!

Clean, cozy, and fully equipped, with a comfortable room for your stay. It's baby-friendly too. Ask the kitchen if you need help warming baby food or milk. The staff were friendly and spoke softly, while still giving clear information.
