The rooms are pretty typical for a new hotel, and generally clean. The location works if you’re on a motorbike, but not if you’re walking. The staff were unbearable, and the service felt greedy and abusive. They charged me for every little thing, including ... DRITY TOWELS??? Towels are meant to be used to wipe your body, then washed, and I hadn’t even dirtied one???? There are more than 15 similar hotels within 500 meters, with normal service and staff. Don’t stay here.

The rooms were very nice and clean, with a nice balcony view, and the staff were supportive. The price was fair. The downside is that there’s no parking inside for cars with four seats or more, only motorbikes, so we had to leave our vehicle on the street. Based on my experience, I’d give it 4 stars.

I went to this hotel three years ago, and when I came back to Dalat it was still clean and everything was OK. I love it every time I visit. 🫶🏻

The place feels airy and spacious, and it’s clean. The receptionist and housekeeping staff were enthusiastic. I’ll definitely come back.
