We’ve stayed four nights so far and keep extending for another day. It’s a cozy, quiet place, and they clean the room daily, changing the towels and sheets and leaving two bottles of water. The receptionist is cute and nice. Everything is very, very clean, with hot water and a big TV with Netflix. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room had two queen beds and was cleaned daily, and the receptionists were friendly. Still, my stay at Pham Gia Villa fell short of what I expected. I booked the Superior Quadruple room, but wasn’t told it was in the basement. Staff rooms, laundry, storage, and parking for motorbikes and cars are down there too. With no windows, ventilation was poor, and bathroom smells lingered because the exhaust didn’t work well. The room also seemed prone to insects, and I found a cockroach on the floor. I’d never stayed in a hotel basement before, and overall the experience wasn’t ideal.

I’ve been lucky to stay here longer than most guests, and the place has started to feel like home. The villa is new, with modern facilities that are spotless and well maintained. The staff are lovely and glad to help guests have a great stay in Dalat. I highly recommend it!
