The facilities were quite good, but the service was really bad. They didn't change the towels, refill the water, or clean the floor, and it spoiled the family trip.

The bathrooms were filthy, and the staff were unfriendly. The hotel seems badly managed and charges exorbitant rates. The room was so dirty that when I said I was checking out after one night, they demanded payment for two. Please don't stay here.

Our group planned to stay two days, but the room looked filthy and had insects everywhere, so we left after one day. We checked out at 2 PM the next day, although the rules said checkout was at 12 AM. We offered to pay for the two hours, but the owner still insisted on charging us for two days. This place is far too clean, so don't come again.
