I haven't stayed at the hotel, so I can't say what it's like. A man named Tuan, who used to say he worked in hotel maintenance, has been speaking very badly about it. I don't know if he has a grudge, but he keeps putting the place down from Da Lat all the way to Saigon.

The reception was awful. I asked for a pillow twice, but they never brought one or replied. The Wi-Fi didn't work either, and when I reported it several times, I got no response.

The room felt damp and moldy, and the bedsheets were dusty and dirty.

I was in the room and noticed that the things there had already been used, with no fresh ones.
