There were cockroaches in the guest rooms, along with a bad smell and poor hygiene. Customer service was bad too. I suspect the owners don’t care much about the hotel’s quality because they also run Vietourist, their own travel company, which brings the hotel a significant number of guests. A strong warning to tourists considering either the company or this hotel.

The hotel is beside a building site at the moment, so there’s a lot of noise. Motorbikes also pass constantly on the road out front. The staff don’t speak English at all. If noise bothers you, avoid this place.

The room was clean and new, and the price was really nice. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special, and there’s no air conditioning.
