We had a wonderful stay at Q Dalat hotel, and the friendly, attentive staff made a big difference. They were always ready to help with a smile, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly and professionally. I’d love to visit again and would recommend the hotel. A special thank you to Ms ‘Meomeo’, who was so sweet, polite, and helpful. Her positive attitude and genuine care made us feel welcome and valued. She handled everything gracefully and always with a smile. The hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated, kind team member.

The breakfast selection could be better, and parking caused some trouble. Basement spaces are limited, and the low clearance makes them unsuitable for sedans. Sometimes guests are sent to park a little way from the hotel, which didn’t feel very safe. Aside from that, the hotel was fine.

We found Q Dalat good value for the price. The front desk team was friendly and quick to respond, and our room was clean and comfortable. At check-in they offered us a room with a nice view. They also let us check out late for free while we waited for our shuttle, which was thoughtful. The hotel rents motorbikes too. Our first one had a small problem, but they swapped it quickly, so it was only a minor hassle. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it.
