Q&P Smart Ville

The room was beautiful and wonderful, just as I expected, but the stay was disappointing for my family. We booked for our holiday on 28-29/4/2024, and at check-in were told there would be an extra charge for two more people, first 250,000 VND each. The host later agreed to 200,000 VND for both, but honestly, I felt bad about negotiating. The host lives far away and couldn't help us move in or check out. She also charged 14,000 VND for two bottles of water. It wasn't a lot, but being asked for that extra amount after I'd booked and paid made me feel terrible and seemed ridiculous. I didn't want my family to face extra costs after we got the room. My ratings: room 5/5, location 2/5 because it's 4-5 km from Da Lat city and the market, and service 2/5. This experience made the vacation worse. I've stayed in hundreds of four- and five-star hotels and Airbnbs without an experience like this. I'd recommend a hotel such as Merperle Da Lat instead. It costs just 1.5 million per night and gives you full service, compared with 2.5 million per night for this room. I hope others don't have the same experience on their holiday.

The view was beautiful, and our room was lovely and comfortable. Having a sauna was perfect on those cold nights. The staff were great. I can't fault the place!

Our group had a great stay at this clean, beautiful, and spacious BNB. Recommended.
