Such a great stay, and it was free! The room and toilet were both really clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great too. ❤️

There was no hot water in the evening, apparently because the pressure was low. When we asked for an extra blanket, the receptionist refused, which felt really unpleasant. The hotel also looks better in photos and needs cosmetic repairs. I wouldn't recommend it.

We really appreciated how the staff stepped in when our taxi driver tried to charge us a price he hadn't mentioned at the start of the day. They helped us handle the whole situation. Amazing staff.

The location made it really easy to get around Da Lat, and nights were quiet enough for good sleep 🤠☕ The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. I was very happy with my two-night stay.
