The koi pond and flowering garden are lovely, and the bathroom is roomy and clean. The room is cute and stays warm at night. There’s a restaurant behind the place, though, and it gets very noisy at night with the “1 2 3 dzoooo.” The property also feels run down and needs some renovation and maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend it if you can’t handle the noise.

The room stayed warm when it got cold outside, and it was quiet indoors even though a nearby restaurant got noisy in the evening. The wall blocks the sound pretty well. It’s a peaceful, cozy place, and the garden is beautiful and well cared for.

The family were really nice, and the garden is beautiful. It’s in a great location and very cheap, so I’d recommend it for a Dalat trip. The beds are a little hard, but I had no other complaints.
