Tasme Hotel

My room was spacious and clean, with a powerful shower. I had a recent back injury, and the staff were accommodating about finding me a comfortable bed. The location is a bit outside the city center, which works if that's what you're after. There's a nice coffee shop at the hotel entrance.

The noise made this a poor deal for me. After I checked in, the owner put more than four students in the room across from mine. There was also noise from the laundry people on the roof, breakfast downstairs, and hammering. The students kept yelling and screaming late into the night. The owner did try hard to accommodate me, but all that was too much.

The owners were so kind, and they had motorbikes for rent at a good price. Breakfast was included, with one menu item to choose from. My room was roomy and the bed was comfortable, though the bathroom had a strong smell, probably from the paint or epoxy on the floor. There was no A/C, just a big ceiling fan. You usually don't need A/C here during most of the year, but I got a little hot at night and opened the balcony door. That cooled things down, though I got bitten by mosquitoes. For the room price, it was a pleasant two-night stay.

We had a lovely stay at this family-run hotel. The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were lovely. I'd definitely recommend it.
