The walk around the hotel grounds was peaceful and really pleasant. We were here for three days for a wedding, but stayed at the hotel for one night in a rooftop room. It was clean and spacious. The booking included a breakfast buffet, which was decent: Vietnamese soups, sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, salads, juices, sausages, and very strong coffee. Service was excellent, from the lobby staff to the concierge. We didn't use room service. Highly recommend!

The infinity pool and the lakeside setting made for a relaxing stay, and the breakfast was varied and well prepared. Terracotta Hotel & Resort Dalat sits by Tuyen Lam Lake, surrounded by nature. The spacious, spotless rooms are nicely designed, with calming pine forest views. Service was professional and attentive without getting in the way. A refined, peaceful retreat in Dalat, highly recommended if you're after tranquility, comfort, and upscale hospitality. Definitely worth 5 stars.

I've been coming here every year for 12 years, and it's still my favorite place to stay in Da Lat. The rooms could use refurnishing, but the views, garden, and lake make it worthwhile.

For two mornings in a row, I woke expecting those beautiful views and found trash bags in the yard instead. Why do guests litter on such a lovely resort property? Hopefully tomorrow the yard in front of my room will be clear.

They added charges to the invoice for items that had been waived in a verbal agreement. That felt like fraudulent billing. Find another venue that will honor its word.
