The location is convenient, but there are plenty of other nearby choices. We had a horrible stay and the worst service I've experienced. The receptionist was almost never at the desk. Once we were locked out because they had stepped away, and only after we contacted the owner were we told we could pry open the glass door. Soundproofing was basically absent. People partied all night, nobody tried to quiet them down, and we had to ask the unruly guests ourselves to lower their volume around 2AM. That's not something guests should have to handle. Room cleaning was very irregular too. We expected our room to be cleaned while we were out for the day, but that didn't happen. When we returned, reception told us to come back later because they were still trying to clean it, even though it should have been done much earlier. Please avoid this hotel.

A big plus is the price, and I'd call and book directly with the hotel since it can fill up on weekends. The room was a little old, with only basic amenities, but enough for a night's rest. Staff also stayed up past midnight to let guests in. It's not far from the central market and is surrounded by good local restaurants, karaoke, a pharmacy, groceries, and some city attractions. A good option for an affordable visit to Dalat.

The location was convenient, close to the lake, but the room was humid and stuffy, with no window or AC. The bed linens were damp when we checked in. The hallways and rooms had no carpet, so people partying down the hall kept us awake. The bathroom had two drains at opposite ends, but after a shower the entire floor got wet and stayed wet and slippery all night.
