The shower was good and the location great, but the service was really bad. We had to argue about everything during our stay. Their laundry was very expensive, and they couldn't understand us when we tried to rent a motorbike, even with Google Translate. When we asked to add a night, they first said there were no rooms available, even though there were. After we pointed that out, they wanted to charge us more for the extra night.

I left my bag behind, and Mr. Nam at reception was a huge help. He arranged a Grab delivery with insured shipping, so my bag arrived with everything still inside. I'm really grateful to him and very happy with the service.

A motorbike costs 120k VND per day, from morning until evening, with fuel included. Weekday rooms are 350k VND.

I was traveling by myself for the weekend and only needed somewhere to sleep. My room was in the attic, but it was clean and had a fan and hairdryer, so I felt comfortable there. It's close to the Hoa Binh area and Da Lat night market, which made it easy to get around and visit the market.

Right in the city center, so getting around was easy. The room was neat and clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They also suggested some really good local restaurants.
