My family of four stayed here in early August in a Family Bedroom with a balcony. It was almost a perfect stay. The building and facilities are new, modern, and clean, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious, though the buffet didn't have a huge range of choices. The views were lovely, looking out over a pine forest, perhaps part of King Palace 1 (Dinh 1), a marvelous valley, and a persimmon garden. It was quiet, the air was fresh, and beautiful flowers were everywhere. One downside was smoke from a nearby grill and hotpot restaurant sometimes drifting into our room in the evenings. I hope they can sort that out. We rented a good motorbike for 120k a day. Check the details with reception, since the way rental time is counted in this province can be confusing and lead to misunderstandings. Before the trip I was worried about hot water in the bathroom, but during our two-night stay the water was strong and hot.

On my second night at the hotel, I was disappointed to find there was no hot water in my room. The front desk explained that all 33 rooms share one solar-powered system, and the rainy weather meant there wasn't enough hot water for everyone. I appreciate that the hotel is trying to be eco-friendly, but guests should be able to count on hot water whatever the weather. It would help if they improved the system or had a backup, so everyone can stay comfortably.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the location was quiet with a good view. The room felt a little cramped, though. Some staff speak English. Payment is cash or scan only, with no credit cards accepted.
