There was no breakfast included, and the room service was expensive and 👎🏿. Our four-person room felt small, dusty, and uncomfortable, while the toilet was old and not clean. The pillow and bedsheet were stained, so they weren’t nice to sleep on. It was very noisy at night until 3am, and we couldn’t sleep well. They strongly insisted on cash only and wouldn’t accept credit or debit cards. We booked in a rush for five nights, and regret staying here.

The room was clean and great, with a large window. It’s close to lots of restaurants, and not far from the night market or the famous lake in the town center. We arrived around 9 am and were allowed to check in and go to our room. They also gave us a discount to extend our stay and rent a bike for 1.5 days. The service was 5 stars. Very recommended!

After a 10-hour bus journey from HCMC, I got to the hotel around 7 pm. At check-in, the owner tried to send me to another hotel for one night, then have me come back because he’d overbooked. My hunch is that he gave my room to a walk-in. After a 10-hour bus or shuttle ride, you need somewhere comfortable to rest, and this wasn’t the kind of business I’d want to rely on. He cancelled my booking, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The view from my room was stunning for a 2-star hotel. The amenities were basic but comfortable, and the owners were lovely. It’s right in the city center, near the night market. I’d definitely recommend it to budget-conscious travelers looking for a convenient stay with a breathtaking view.

The owner was soooo helpful. We could check in early and book a room for half a day. We also rented a motorbike and booked a bus to Ho Chi Minh and elsewhere. The room was clean and very big. Best hotel ever 🥹🥹, recommended!
