TTR Central Apart Hotel

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the cafe made fresh juices well. That said, you get what you pay for. Our first room, on a lower floor, was small and hard to move around in with our travel bags. There was no lock up safe, bathmat, fashion washers, or hand towels, and traffic noise was an issue. We upgraded for the next two nights to a larger room on the 6th floor at a good price. It had more space but was still missing some basics. The building was a bit of a mess, though perhaps that’s normal here or reflects the tariff. At checkout, power maintenance meant we had to use 12 flights of stairs to get out. Hopefully that’s been sorted now.

We stayed 11 nights and would definitely return. The staff were amazing and helpful, especially Ella, who was so friendly every time we came in, always greeting us with a smile. She was also a great help with booking excursions.

I was impressed by how attentive the front desk team were during my 4-day stay. On arrival, I mentioned that the microwave was very dirty, and a staff member came straight to my room and cleaned it right away. They also did their best to arrange a late checkout. Minh was especially dedicated when I asked for help contacting another hotel at checkout. Even after several tries with no answer, Minh kept trying patiently. Later, when I returned for my luggage, the front desk kindly carried my heavy bag all the way to the taxi. The room is good value, with a very comfortable king-size bed. The central location makes it easy to get a Grab and walk to lots of places, especially the busy night market area. I highly recommend it for the superb service and attentive staff.

The spa was really good, and the iced coffee was great too. I drank it every day! The room was really clean, close to the night market, and in a very convenient spot. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was good. Definitely recommend it if you come to Dalat!
