The comfortable bed and excellent location were the only things I liked. I reserved a Standard double room but got one underground, with a strong mold smell and a small window looking onto road asphalt. The floor was open to the motorbike parking area, and the elevator from there didn't work, so I had to carry my luggage up to the lobby myself. When I asked for the same room on a higher floor, they said none were available. They'd only move me to a deluxe room if I paid extra. They accepted cash only, and that wasn't stated anywhere on their Booking page. The toilet was broken, and the soap smelled like medicine. The service and facilities need urgent improvement. I was dissatisfied and suggest reconsidering a stay here for more than one night.

The staff were a great help, even drying my clothes after heavy rain. Rooms were spacious and the beds very soft. Such a good hotel, I'd strongly recommend it.

I liked the room a lot. It was spacious and well equipped, and the location made it easy to get around, with lots of facilities and services nearby. The one thing I didn't like was that my ground floor room was right beside reception.

We waited three hours nearby after being told check-in was at 2pm, despite messaging through Booking and SMS to ask if we could arrive early. Then they messaged to say the room was ready. The first room hadn't been cleaned and smelled of smoke, so I complained and got a better second room. But then I saw dirty pants left hanging by the previous guest. The window wouldn't close, and its handle was broken when I tried. We made do for two days, though we left a day early. At checkout they said we had to pay for the pot noodles in the room. No one had mentioned a charge, so I assumed they were like the tea bags beside them. The shower was moldy too. I wouldn't recommend it, and I told them all this as I left.
