The new wing has clean rooms and great views. Rooms in the old wing are smaller, dim, and have no view. Breakfast was an average buffet with both Vietnamese and Western choices.

Fine for a single night, but I don't see this as a four-star hotel. Maybe 2.5 or three stars at most. There's not much to do, the so-called bar isn't really a bar, and the food is just enough to get by. They don't seem to know how to make a proper club sandwich or fries. :(

No air conditioning, but the cool city air made that okay. I liked being able to look out over the city in the morning. The missing Wi-Fi was the real problem for me.

The atmosphere was nice, and the breakfast buffet tasted really good.

Some of the bathrooms are really dated. Water from the tub and sink runs onto the floor, so it stays wet and dirty. There were way too many mosquitoes, too.
