The beds were really, really hard, and I was charged 300 thousand dong for a towel with foundation on it. The lady had been nice before that, but this felt ridiculous. Towels get dirty, and washing it should have been enough. It was a huge rip-off. I could've bought a whole set for 100 thousand dong, lol.

The location made sightseeing easy, with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Villa Ngoc An was a top-notch family vacation stay in Da Lat: beautiful rooms, clean, fragrant linens, and excellent service.

The owner was especially cheerful and welcoming, and the service was attentive and complete. With a convenient location and clean rooms, Vila Ngoc An works well for families, groups, or young people looking for a relaxing Da Lat holiday. An ideal place to stay.

This is irresponsible and unprofessional. If you no longer want to sell rooms through the app, stop offering them there. Don't take payment through the app and then, when customers call to confirm, tell them the app handles check-in and the hotel doesn't. Google might as well give it zero stars. Anyone thinking of staying here should be careful!
