The front desk guy was patient, helpful, and understanding, but I left after checking in. I’m not even much of a neat freak, yet the room was disgusting. There was hard yellow stuff on the pillow, hair, sand, and who knows what else in the beds, and the towels were stained. It’s sad because this could be a sweet hotel. The empty property and barely any lights should’ve been a warning. When I booked through agoda, my child wasn’t included, so I contacted the hotel while I could still change my stay. We messaged back and forth, and nobody mentioned an extra charge. On arrival they charged me 100,000 more per night, which I paid. They wouldn’t refund me for the remaining four days, blaming agoda, while agoda blamed them.
