The staff were kind and gave lovely suggestions, and they responded quickly. I arrived before check-in, and they stored my luggage without any fuss. Since they knew I was early, they even invited me in before my check-in time, which was very kind. My room was lovely and clean, with a beautiful balcony. The door out didn’t close properly and had a small gap, so some noise could get in, though it wasn’t much of an issue because the hotel is in a quiet area. It’s a little outside central Hoi An, which is nice when it comes to noise. The staff’s kindness and service really made my stay, especially as it was a treat at the end of my trip. Definitely worthwhile.

The rooms are spacious, and the hosts are so kind and friendly. The property is beautifully maintained and feels very cozy. We had a lot of fun in the jacuzzi, and there’s a lift for taking luggage to the upper floors. Loved it.

Pinky was so kind and helpful. Whenever we had a question, she replied right away, and thanks to her we got to see the breathtaking Hoi An Memories Show. We had one of our best stays in Vietnam at Alsahar. It’s about 10 minutes by cab from Old Town, but the area is so quiet and peaceful that we were happy with the location.

We stayed for 8 days in the family apartment. It was comfortable and pleasant overall, and we appreciated the free bikes, though one had a brake that didn’t work. Several things were disappointing because they didn’t match the advertisement: the “jacuzzi” was actually a cold bath, breakfast wasn’t included for free, and the laundry service advertised as “free” wasn’t free either. The biggest problem was privacy. My baby and I were sick and asleep, so we hadn’t left the key for cleaning, but staff came into the apartment anyway. After seeing me in bed, they didn’t leave straight away and kept asking if they could clean and fix the sink. I had to ask them three times to go. For us, that was a serious invasion of privacy. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the stay.
