The staff were attentive and seemed to anticipate what we needed, and the rooms were immaculate. The location was great too. I travel often and appreciate thoughtful high-end hospitality, and An Vien Hotel delivered across the board. I’ll book here again on my next visit.

For four days straight, nobody cleaned the room, and the owner was extremely unprofessional. I was told the swimming pool was included when I booked, but after paying, I wasn't allowed to use it. They also insisted on upfront payment just to let me keep staying.

The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful. Still, the hotel owner's behavior toward my group earned this place a one-star rating. I wouldn't stay here again on a future business trip.

We were told the pool was available when we arrived, but once we'd paid in advance, they refused us access unless we paid another 50,000 VND per person. The owner also demanded advance payment even though we were already staying for an extended period. I've never had a hotel treat customers this way.
