We only booked two nights, but could easily have stayed longer. The place was clean and comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the staff were amazing and always went the extra mile. Shout-out to July! The location worked really well for us, quiet enough but only a short walk from the noise.

After two weeks traveling in Vietnam, this is easily our favorite hotel. What made it special was the people. Everyone was warm, kind, funny, and attentive, from reception to the kitchen and the bellman. Even some staff who didn’t speak English found funny ways to communicate with us and made us feel at home. We could walk everywhere from the great location. The pool was small but lovely for a warm-water break, and the bed was comfortable. Nothing but good things to say about the facilities and the people.

The ladies at reception gave me a warm welcome, and I had a fantastic stay. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was great, about a two-minute walk to the river and old town.

They looked after us from the moment we arrived, even letting us check in two hours before the usual time. The staff were so kind and friendly, the rooms incredibly spacious, and the pool gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious, too. I can’t wait to come back.

The gentleman who looks after the hotel deserves at least seven stars. His kindness and big smile were the first things to greet us in the morning, and they kept us in a positive mood throughout our time in Hoi An. We had a great time in town and highly recommend the hotel. The staff are wonderful.
